Testimonials

On 10/2/2026 Justin Lee had this to say:
We had our son's Jeep at another service center that had an emergency and requested we reschedule. I called Rick's and they were able to fit us in knowing we were on a time crunch to get service done. They did great work and were honest with quoting and diagnosing. They will be my first call next time for sure!

On 5/10/2026 Julia Rosenthal had this to say:
They were fast, efficient, very nice and i didn’t feel like they were trying to oversell me or tell me more was wrong with my car than it was: will be going back for all future car needs!

On 4/13/2026 John S. had this to say:
Finding a mechanic who truly understands the complexities of a modern BMW can be a headache, but **Rick's Auto Center** knocked it out of the park. I brought my **2021 BMW X7** in because the AC was struggling to keep the cabin cool--definitely not what you want in a luxury SUV. The team at Rick's was professional from the jump. They didn't just throw parts at the problem; they performed a precise diagnostic, identified the cooling issue, and had it blowing ice-cold again in no time. ### Why I Recommend Them: * **Expertise:** They clearly know their way around high-end German engineering. * **Transparency:** They explained the issue clearly and gave me a fair estimate before starting the work. * **Efficiency:** The turnaround time was impressive, especially considering the complexity of the X7's multi-zone climate system. If you're looking for a shop that offers dealership-level quality without the dealership-level runaround, Rick's is the place to go. My X7 feels (and cools) like new again!

On 3/11/2026 Angela Wright had this to say:
Matt did a great job on my husband’s BMW. He replaced the brakes and when we drove it home, it was like a dream! Thanks so much for the great customer service and reasonable prices!!

On 2/27/2026 Momma J had this to say:
Fixed an issue other shop couldn't fix. Great shop! Great team!
